Please note that we cannot process exchanges / replacements or refunds after 40 days from place of order. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible.
Paw Unleashed does not refund a product, except in special cases. Exchanges are possible in order to obtain a credit on our shop for the right size or for another product.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
In the unlikely event that your item arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or is damaged upon your arrival, we will fix the problem immediately. In order to solve this problem, you will need to provide us with photos of the problem via our technical support within 2 days of receiving your order after this we may not be able to exchange your order.
Each case is different and, depending on the circumstances and the severity of the damage, we can offer a replacement order / exchange or a full refund. This is left to the discretion of the management team.
Please also note that there may sometimes be a slight disparity in color / shade between the colors of our products on different platforms, for example. Mobile / tablet due to the difference in color and contrast and we aim to present all our products as clearly as possible on our website.
Paw Unleashed offers a lifetime warranty on certain products. The warranty is valid only once. A picture of the broken product is required as proof. The costs of shipping are at the expense of the buyer.
RETURN / REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS:
For any form of RETURNS, please be informed as well that a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
We have to charge the $5 administration fee because there are internal costs associated with fulfilling an order and even more with canceling an order. We don't charge anything if it is our responsibility. This charge applies to cancelled orders and returns.
All refunds are processed for the total amount paid for the item ordered & the $5 fee.
Please also note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of your item. We do not provide return labels at this time. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be deposited into your bank account, please contact us if you have any concerns.
Be sure to check your address when you enter your details on our contact information page. If you have entered an incorrect address, moved or need to change the size / style of the product once your order has been shipped and you have received your shipping confirmation, it is unlikely that we can accommodate you and offer you a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error so that we can contact the centre.
ORDERS MARKED AS DELIVERED BY A DOMESTIC POSTAL SERVICE:
If a shipment is marked as having been successfully delivered by your country's national postal service (e. g. USPS / AusPost, etc.) to the correct address provided when ordering but has not arrived successfully, this is not refundable by Paw Unleashed. A promotional code or in-store credit may be offered depending on the situation.
CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY
Paw Unleashed offers personalised products: These products are custom-made and are not exchangeable or refundable. If the product is broken, you will get another 1.
To cancel an order: this is possible if the order is not being processed. If the personalised order is being processed and/or shipped, a refund is no longer possible.
