At Paw Unleashed, employee safety is one of our primary concerns. As a result of the coronavirus being declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation we have made a decision to allow our customer service teams to work from home.
This means that we will not be able to support our telephone contact lines in the short term. Our email will remain open as our core customer service contact channels during this time and we will endeavour to provide the best possible service. However, please be aware that we are experiencing higher than normal demand, which may cause some delays in response.
We have made provisions to ensure that we have sufficient stock to cover this disruption and will continue to keep you informed of any changes. We hope both you and your fur family continue to remain healthy and safe during this difficult period.
